Account & Data Deletion Request

Instructions on how to permanently delete your WMTAN account and all associated personal data from our systems.

How to request deletion

To delete all of your personal data, please use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Direct deletion via ID Portal (Recommended)

  1. Log in to the identity portal at id.wmtan.com.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings page.
  3. Select the 'Delete Account' option at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

Method 2: Submit a request via Email

You can submit a data deletion request to our support email at support@wmtan.com. Please use the email address associated with your account for verification purposes.
