WCare Health provides this public web resource for account/data deletion requests.
Web Request
If you cannot access the app, email support@wmtan.com from the email address associated with your WCare Health account. Include that you are requesting deletion of your WCare Health account and associated data.
Verification
Because WCare Health may store sensitive health or wellness information, WMTAN may ask for identity and account-ownership verification before deleting or disclosing account data.
What May Be Retained
We delete or anonymize eligible account and personal data after verification. Some security, fraud prevention, abuse, audit, legal, medical-safety, or transaction records may be retained when required or permitted by law.
