WCare Health Policy
This product-specific policy explains how WCare Health handles account, wellness, mobile, support, and store-review data.
This policy applies to WCare Health, a personal health and wellness app operated by WMTAN. It supplements the baseline WMTAN privacy policy and covers WCare Health app, web, support, account, safety, and store-review flows.
Depending on the features used, WCare Health may collect account identifiers, profile details, health or wellness notes, medication or reminder information, period or habit tracking records, chat/support content, uploaded files or photos, app activity, device identifiers, notification tokens, approximate or precise location when permission is granted, and diagnostics.
Health and wellness data can be sensitive. WCare Health uses this data to provide requested app features, store user records, personalize reminders or member workflows, support account safety, and respond to user support requests. WMTAN does not sell personal health data.
Some WCare Health features may use automated or AI-assisted processing to organize, summarize, or support user-entered information. These features are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The mobile app may request permissions such as camera, files, notifications, device, biometric login, or location only when needed for app functionality. Users can manage these permissions through device settings.
WMTAN may process data through service providers used for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, notifications, email, security, support, and payment processing when enabled. WMTAN does not share personal data with third-party advertisers for sale.
WCare Health keeps account and feature data while the account is active or as needed for the requested service. Users can request account/data deletion. Some security, abuse-prevention, audit, legal, or transaction records may be retained when required or permitted by law.
WMTAN uses access controls, HTTPS transport, server-side data boundaries, and operational review to protect WCare Health data. Users should not rely on WCare Health as their only record or communication channel for urgent or emergency medical information.
