WCare Health Policy
Rules for WCare Health accounts, wellness features, informational content, support, and service access.
WCare Health is a personal wellness organization product. It can help users keep notes and reminders, but it is not a medical provider, medical device, emergency response system, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional care.
These terms apply to WCare Health, including the mobile app, web flows, account features, wellness notes, reminders, notifications, support channels, and store-review access flows. They supplement the baseline WMTAN Terms of Use.
WCare Health provides personal wellness and organization features. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
WCare Health is not a medical device, regulated clinical service, prescription service, or tool intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. The app should not be used to make clinical decisions, replace licensed care, or evaluate an emergency condition.
Users are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing reminders appropriately, protecting account credentials, and seeking professional medical support when needed.
WCare Health must not be used for emergencies, urgent clinical decisions, real-time monitoring, or any situation where a delayed, missing, or inaccurate notification could cause harm. Users should contact local emergency services or qualified professionals when urgent care is needed.
Users should avoid entering information they are not authorized to store or share. Do not use WCare Health to upload illegal content, third-party confidential information, or emergency instructions requiring immediate response.
Any automated, AI-assisted, or reminder-based feature is provided for informational support only. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical advice or clinical decision-making.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or remove features when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, compliance, product operations, or service reliability.
Users may not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, scrape or reverse engineer non-public systems, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use WCare Health to store information they do not have permission to process.
WMTAN may restrict, suspend, remove content, disable features, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, violating these terms, creating safety risk, creating legal risk, or interfering with service security.
WCare Health may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, notifications, storage, analytics, email, and support operations. Availability and delivery timing can be affected by networks, device settings, operating systems, and third-party service conditions.
WCare Health is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may rely on third-party infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, WMTAN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

WMTAN may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security needs, or operational practices. Material updates should be published on this page with a revised effective date.
